- Return Authorization:
- Upon receiving your return request, we will review it and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions if your return is approved. Please be aware that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Packing and Shipping:
- Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
