    • Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Initiating a Return

    • Email us at misitubraids@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your receipt, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Upon receiving your return request, we will review it and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions if your return is approved. Please be aware that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  3. Packing and Shipping:
    • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
    • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Fees and Costs
